While we prepare your handmade items, please allow 1–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order ships, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the system. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, with average delivery times of 2–5 business days.

During the summer months, we take extra precautions to prevent products from melting during transit. While we cannot guarantee that products won’t melt, we do everything possible to prevent it. Butter-based products will only be shipped Monday–Wednesday to reduce heat exposure during transit. If your product arrives melted, allow it to firm up at room temperature. Melting does not affect the quality or benefits of the product.
Please note: we do not replace body butters that melt during transit due to heat, as this is a natural risk during warmer months.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped can be canceled. All shipped orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This ensures the quality and safety of our products.

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If your package is returned to sender, you will be asked to pay a reshipment fee. Bare Body Care, LLC is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by UPS or USPS.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility. Bare Body Care, LLC has no control over these fees. If a product is lost, destroyed by customs, or returned to the U.S., we are not responsible for the cost of the product or shipping. Any reshipment fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.
